Shipping Terms And Time Frame Australia Wide

Shipping within Australia will be via Australia Post service or Courier service. Customer must incur the shipping charges.

FREE shipping on all Australian orders over $99.00 AUD. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the order was damaged during shipment or lost).

Orders placed through our website are typically processed within the time frames as below

 

In-stock Items - 2 to 3 business days

Customised / Personalised Items - 4 to 6 weeks

 

Please note that processing times may be slightly delayed during sales, promotions, or holiday periods due to increased sales volume.

To ensure the safe arrival of your package, all orders (domestic and international) require signature on delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please wait 24 hours before checking the tracking status to give the shipping provider time to process your order.

 

Please pay attention to the tracking number sent by message or email for the estimated delivery date.

Within Australia standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days) * & Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days) * will occur once your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Price And Time Frame For International Orders

 

Shipping prices may vary depending on the destination and weight of your parcel.

Packaging


Every order is packaged in our lovely eco-friendly gift pouch, and our minimum packaging policy was established with sustainability and reducing our environmental impact in mind. If you are ordering several items at once, we can also gift wrap them. Please let us know if you need any extra details for the packing and delivery.
We take great pride in making sure that your order is properly packed to prevent breakage or damage. If your item was delivered damaged, kindly let us know as soon as possible or within 24 hours of receiving it and please take a photo of damaged product to send us.
 

Cancellation Of Orders 
 

If for any reason, Silver Hub is unable to provide you with the Items subject to your order, we reserve the right to cancel your order. If this occurs, we will contact you to process a refund of the amount paid.
 

For any loss, expense, or damage (direct or consequential), as well as for any time lost or inconvenience incurred because of the cancellation, you will not be eligible to make any additional claims or seek compensation.

This does not promise a cancellation, but if the order has not shipped, we will happily cancel and refund your payment, less transaction fees.
